Examines the steps that Jordan must take in its negotiations with the WTO Government Procurement Committee to accede to the Government Procurement Agreement (GPA). Those negotiations involve two separate mechanisms: (a) the so-called ‘initial entity offer’ for the Appendices containing the threshold value of supplies of goods and services directed to specific entities, and (b) the reform of national legislation to bring it in line with the provisions of the Agreement.
